Connect Construction Consultancy Ltd (Connect) is a building surveying and project management consultancy company that offers the following services: Investigate and report on defective, water ingress affected and/or noncompliant buildings Peer review and assist industry professionals with defective building remedial solutions Project manage (time, budget and quality) construction of new buildings and defective building remedial work Kent has 26 years building industry experience in predominately in New Zealand however gained experience in both the US and UK. This experience enabled a very good understanding of buildings, their materials and how they are constructed. Similarly, the past 5 years experience of defective building remedial project management (experiencing buildings being deconstructed) has given Kent a valuable understanding of how leaks occur, the damage leaks can cause, and how to design weather-tightness details to ensure future performance.
